Près d'un ruissseau que la route franchit, se présente à droite un chemin de 4km conduisant à Grandchamp - 3627hab - et l'une des communes les plus importantes de la Bretagne. La partie nord de la commune, dit M Cayot-Delandre, a dû être autrefois hérissée de monuments druidiques, à en juger par ce qu'il reste; mais il est fort difficile d'explorer ce désert; on se perd dans ces interminables landes où s'élèvent seulement, de loin en loin, quelques chaumières, quelques bouquets de pins, quelques menhirs oubliés au milieu de la destruction générale.
