Ar Veufig, le bouvreuil

À Poullaouen, près du village de Kerbaol, se trouve la chapelle de Saint-Victor, très vénérée dans l'arrondissement de Châteaulin. Au bas du champ dans lequel est située la chapelle, se trouve la fontaine du saint, dont les eaux passent pour être miraculeuses.

Il y a longtemps, mais pas trop, une jeune fille privée de mains se lamentait près de la fontaine...

Poullaouen, 18 juillet - Un artilleur nommé Le Corre, détenu à la prison de Vannes, échappé avec un co-détenu, se rendait chez ses parents à Kroaz-Nevez en Poullaouen. Les gendarmes poursuivant les forcenés, allaient s'emparer de Le Corre, quand oelui-ci, sortant un revolver, s'en tira un coup derrière l'oreille. Sa blessure ne mettant pas ses jours en danger, il a été remis à l'autorité militaire. Quant a son compagnon, il a pu s'échapper.

RU - Ulrich de Zell - Prêtre - X° siècle

Ulrich, aussi Udalric, fut le premier Saint canonisé par Rome sous le règne du Pape Jean XV ; c'était en l'an 993. Né vers 890 à Zell, près de Zürich, il redigera les Constitutions de la Réforme de Cluny sur demande de son ami, Saint Hugues.

Il est très populaire en Autriche, Alsace et nord de l’Italie. Après une vie bien occupée, il s'éteint nonagénaire à Augsbourg en l’an 973.
