Il existe sur l'île russe de Sakhaline, face au cap Jonquière, trois impressionnants pitons rocheux de taille décroissante.

De sanguinaires pirates venant du sud souhaitaient piller les habitants de Sakhaline. Trois guerriers nivkhes courageux, ayant demandé protection des esprits marins qui ne répondirent. Devant ce silence, ils se levèrent, sautèrent à la mer et coulèrent le bateau pirate.

Celui-ci coulé, ils restèrent sur place, se pétrifiant pour continuer à protéger cette partie de l'île.

Leuhan, 22 septembre - Samedi prochain, seront célébrées en l'église de Leuhan, les noces de diamant de deux vieillards unanimement aimés et respectés danq la région, M. Boidec Jean, né en 1860, et son épouse née Isabelle Bien, qui vit le jour la même année, dans cette même commune. De leur union, qui fut bénie en 1880, naquirent cinq enfants dont deux convoleront en justes noces ce même jour de samedi.
