Adam Clément-Louis est né à Dompierre-sur-Veyle le 23-03-1887.

Il mesurait 1.63 mètre, avait les cheveux et sourcils châtains, les yeux châtains, le front ordinaire, le nez de travers, le menton et le visage ovale. Clément-Louis savait lire et écrire.

Il décèdera le 19-12-1915 à Poissy ; il avait 28 ans.

Non Mort pour la France en 1914-1918, en prison, il était soldat au 3° Régiment de Marche de Zouaves.

Lors de son incorporation militaire, il était maçon.
