29-12-1915 => Évacué, hospitalisé à Gap à l'hôpital complémentaire du lycée, rejoint son corps le 23-01-1916

Citation du 27-04-1917 à l'ordre du 145° RIT => Sous-officier modèle du devoir dans toutes les circonstances, est tombé mortellement frappé dans l'exercice de ses fonctions
