Nous sommes le 28 juillet 1892, Marie-Philomène Cadoret, que tout le monde appelera Philoména, vient de voir le jour à Ker Sioul, village de Bonen en Rostrenen. Les années passant, elle deviendra couturière et surtout écrivain, écrivain et poétesse d'une grande sensibilité sous le pseudonyme de Koulmig Arvor - la petite colombe d'Arvor.

Ses goûts pour l'écriture se révèlant très tôt, elle obtient, à dix-sept ans, le prix régional de poésie décerné par Kroaz ar Vretoned. On lui doit de superbes poésies comme Bleunioù a Garantez - les fleurs d’amour, ou Yann ar Burzudoù - Jean des merveilles, mais aussi plusisuers cantiques et, entre autre, un recueil de chansons intitulé Mouez Meneoù Kernev - voix des montagnes de Cornouailles. Une plaque commémorative est fixée sur les murs de sa maison à Bonen.
