Il décèdera le 18-03-1915 à Prunay ; il avait 39 ans.

Mort pour la France en 1914-1918, tué à l'ennemi, il était soldat au 112° RIT° Régiment d'Infanterie Territoriale.

Lors de son incorporation militaire, il était cultivateur.
